Return, Refund, or Cancellation Policy

At Dairy Bucket, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our ghee being a perishable food item, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so by:

  • Emailing us at thedairybucket@gmail.com
  • Responding to the IVR call from Nimbus Post
  • Replying to the order confirmation WhatsApp message from Nimbus Post

Please ensure your cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it as our shipping partner does not provide this feature.

Refunds

In case of any defects, damages, or issues with the product upon delivery, please contact us at thedairybucket@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number and any relevant photos. Our team will assess the situation and initiate a refund if applicable. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval and issued to the original payment method. As per Indian law, refunds for food products must be processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of placing the order.
